Was I bad because I answered a craigslist audition post?

Question

Needed some money and the guy said I could wear a mask. It was a lot of fun, and I think I will do this again. Since I can't be identified, does this make it ok?

I apologise, but being Australian I'm not *precisely* sure what a "Craigslist audition" is, although I can make an educated guess.

No you were not bad. You tried something new, perhaps out of your comfort zone? Maybe even something out of character, that others who think they know you well, would never imagine you doing? And you not only hurt no one, you ended up having a lot of fun?

Rather than feel ashamed or wicked or any other self-judgement that's of absolutely no use to anyone, you should actually be proud of yourself: you've demonstrated a strength of character that in truth, very few people even possess! You've proven - to yourself at the very least - that you're willing to take a calculated risk (at least I hope it was more or less so 🙊) for gain.

And one last thing, through various avenues, I've come to know a fair few people in the approximate industry I believe we're talking about (please correct me if I'm wrong, by the way), some I would call dear friends, and most all of them are the loveliest, sweetest, most caring, golden-hearted people one could hope to meet.

You never know where the next turn in the road of life will lead. I'm willing to bet, though, that, even if it's a tight one, you'll still make it to the next one.
