It's possible with anything but you got to be mindful about your health and the reason why you want to wear heels. I don't see what the point and I know that heels are not healthy for your body or your feet and your posture. But like with everything else it still requires some practice. I know for myself nothing I do doesn't really work concerning about heels. But as long as you get healthy feet and your bones are strong you should be okay. But realize and understand that it may damage your feet.
Nothing wrong with your age. you can train yourself to do anything if you put your mind to it, i see women our age wear heels all the time. i say go for it!
