Whenever I go to a spa they usually escort me to the room where the massage is going to happen, they tell me where can I keep my clothes and while I get undressed and lay in the bed they wait outside and come back a few minutes later, most of the times the towel is already on top of the bed for you to cover yourself if not then they will get a towel to cover you. Some spas have locker rooms and they provide you a robe and slippers. It's up to you if you want to take a shower after.
