do some small exercises, doesn't have to be extreme. if you are lazy like me, do them while cooking food, showering, or chilling in bed 😌

self-care: face masks, hair masks, paint your nails (hands and feet),
buy some deodorants or perfumes
trim or cut your hair
dye your hair
find a new style. get new clothes
