As long as I know most people don't find it appealing at all. Thick lips look good only when they are natural. Then thin lips can also be cute. Fake thick lips just aren't nice, at all.

I actually never met someone in real life with them. I've only see them on people on TV.

The things some women do to themselves makes zero sense. They always want to completely change how they look. Drives me insane especially when you are already gorgeous, and they mess it all up with botox and all that b. s.

I have moderate lips. The only thing i do is apply cinnamon oil to plump my lips up.
I don't find any fault if she wants to do that. She already has good pinky lips
