Not joking. White tennis shoes, the poofy collar on whatever that is under the jacket, and the hair style combine for that light-in-the-loafer appearance.

Under the denim jacket is a sweatshirt, what could I do to make it not look gay or what outfit would not look homosexual or gay on me? I want to get a haircut as soon as possible but I can’t do it during Covid

The COLLAR, not color, on the sweatshirt. Wear some shoes that don't contrast with what you are wearing.
