



You might be able to size down maybe? The rise looks off, as the front crotch/lower butt seem poochy.
I would say go for thicker denim (like the pre 1980s stuff), it shapes your leg rather than the thin elastic stuff you get these days in most fashion shops. I use it as a general preference, lasts longer too. Also lots of leg work helps! walk run etc... I used to be really fat which helped me as when i lost weight i was ready to go :D
