I've been trying to mature my wardrobe lately, here are two examples of some clothing I've recently purchased. I'm looking to get some feedback on how it looks. (Long time shorts/tshirt wearer trying to dress better now that I'm a little older)

Thanks! I've been reading on messing around with multiple color schemes, I don't know what to pair brown pants with yet other than brown shoes as well.

If this remains a mystery to you I shall consult my baby sister in the future, from one bro to another. Otherwise good luck working this out. I have always been pleasantly surprised how much good clothes do.

Also if you lack sisters who love fashion, consider a not so busy clothing store and just picking their brains. Most people are perverts and seem to get off on helping others. Weirdos.

I would actually appreciate that. My own sister is as fashion deaf as I am.

I have tried asking, but the few I have talked to were clearly just trying to get me to buy the most expensive stuff they had to offer.

I'll pop her a question if I see her tomorrow then. For her reference her sole income is basically talking about fashion. Guess I got lucky in that sense. Telling you, a coffee and a snack to know you're dressed sharp is well worth it. Its a jungle trying to work it all out!
