So I ve been going to the gym for a while and 2 months ago this new girl came to the gym (she s 18 im 17). First month we didn t talk mostly because I m with some friends or I just want to work without wasting time. Lately she started to invade my personal space hard time. She keeps hugging me the second she sees me in the gym, she like to jump on my back and carry her around and sometimes she gets really close to me like centimeters and stares into my eyes. I kind of reject her as I m not interested in her but she keeps to insist. She kept telling about her not having many friends but is that a reson to invade someones personal space?

Don't listen to the guys telling you to sleep with her because of 'free pussy.' You don't want to start engaging in douchebag like behaviour. Just be honest with her and tell her that you find it uncomfortable that she keeps invading your personal space when you're trying to work out.

Also, don't blame you for being mad that she fucked up your bench press. Bench presses are dangerous, especially when you don't have a spotter.

It scared me because she wasn't pressing on the middle she pressed on one side and I had a past injury with my shoulder thats why i almost lost my shit on her

You don't have to ask her that. Just tell her that you would prefer it if she didn't invade your personal space during your workout as it's distracting for you.

Her doing that could have caused a serious injury. The only time she should be touching the barbell is if she's spotting for you (which I doubt she was).

well i get stared by every girl in gym. Put on headphones and NEVER LOOK GIRL IN EYES. She won't know what to do. Few girls already tried to approach me and they were staring for months but i always act very not interested and i never look her in eyes.
