Why do lady's at a bar or other places never give a guy a chance if the guy isn't that good looking im having this problem?

What you have here is a marketing problem. You want the ladies to look past your outer packaging so that they can find the real you who would treat them like a queen. But you can reasonably expect them to do that, when they know nothing about you. Everyone would prefer to be with someone they find very good looking, and/or that society in general finds good looking. But like or not we are all judging each other... in every context and in every way, not just in a bar. You must put your best foot forward. I personally think it's great that you uploaded an actual photo of yourself on here. It makes me and many others more inclined to converse with you. Even if the photo's bad, I am still more interested, because you have the guts to reveal yourself, be transparent, not hide behind an avatar or anonymous post. But now go to Step 2. You need to care about how you present yourself, and in the case of your question, the first thing you say to that woman when you approach her. The guys know better, they're giving you good advice already, and yes, don't give up, it's a numbers game, just keep trying. But from a woman's perspective over here, show us that you put in at least a modicum of effort with how you put yourself together (good shrt, not raggedy t-shirt, for instance, even if it's with a pair of jeans it can still be better, and she's goona look at your shoes. What are they? Are you wearing a hat because it's a bad hair day, or because it's important to you and really defines who you are, who you want to be or project? Those are just things to think about. Then, you can get onto the conversation, which is the important part.

Girls at bars are often picky for various reasons. They may not even want guys to talk to them. They often have boyfriends too. Asking women out in general is a numbers game. Really quickly, think about how ~50% are married, add in another ~60% of those left over are in relationships. Maybe 75 to 80% are single. Of those, there are various other issues.
