I remember, i was walking on a street, and there was a nice girl going towards... i look at her for a few seconds, and she probably mentioned that. Then, when she passed by, i've turned around to look at her again, and she did the same ) that was so nice and cute moment... we smile to each other and continued on our ways.

As a guy, I do it all the time. I even do it for similar reasons. I believe that dating is a skill. The range is from meeting people to flirting, to asking for dates, all the way into a relationship. The only way to get good at a skill is to practice. Therefore, I practice just about every day. I even have fun doing it.
Keep doing what you're doing. Wait until your friends start noticing you are more effective than they are due to your practice.

Flirting is fun, and usually harmless. :) I do it often, but when I flirt it's not so forward to the men I do it to. I'll say something and five minutes later they'll say, "Hey, wait! What did you say to me earlier? What did you mean by that?" ;)

I would say thats overall good. People like to think others like them or find them interesting or attractive. Flirting usually makes people feel that way and strangely means more coming from a stranger then someone they know some times. I say keep up the good work.
