Why girls never approach me, flirt or look at me?

Okay first of all, its is very very rare that a girl is going to approach you. It only happens to guys who are super hot and girls just can't resist them at any cost. So get that out of your mind. Secondly, you need to acquire skills to attract women. Its something you learn when you talk to women A LOT. I moved to the United States from India 4yrs ago. My first year was horrible because no girl would talk to me. Why? Not because I was an Indian, just because I expected THEM to come and talk to me and obviously that never happened. So I started to build up my confidence by trying to start talking with any woman I saw at work, about anything. This actually helped me to open up with women. In my third year, I was dating 2-3 girls at once. How? I would approach 10-15 random girls in a week, anywhere- in the gym, college, at work, at the bar, at the gas station, wherever I could find them.What I discovered was great. Out of those 15 girls,at least one said YES. So what I'm trying to say here is, don't think that you can't attract any girls or they are gonna walk up to you and say you're the man of my dreams. Be realistic. Get out there, start asking girls out, you are gonna fail in the beginning but after a while you're gonna master the art of attracting girls and will get laid whenever you want.
