If you are on the shy side, some of these may be involuntary responses to nervousness, but...

...play with your hair and bite your lip.

...fidget around with your keys, cell phone, etc. Whatever is within reach.

...giggle and avoid eye contact.

...look away when you get caught staring.

Things you can do...

...stroke his arm.

...joke around with him.

Also, don't worry about nervousness. If he has any hint of situational awareness, he will be curious as to why this girl is so nervous talking to him.

Flirting is easy. Use a lot of eye contact, smile, touch him. You don't have to say anything sexy, but physical contact is extremely important with flirting :) Good luck

what is this guy like? that would help.

anyway- flirting is just in essence talking about something lol. and being playful and not too serious about it. so if you know he likes a certain band, playfully insult that, and get into a playful arguement. can't stress the playful enough. lol.

and most of all don't stress out about it. xD
