OK so there is this guy who I haven't talked to in like 3 years ( we dated in middle school long time ago) but he is cute and I thought he let me message him and try you know talking to him. So I did and I said let's hang out sometime:) and he gave me his number so I started texting him the next day( not right away) and it was a casual conversation and I told him you should text me tomorrow :) he said OK:). and well it never happened lol. I really have a big crush on this boy I don't know why I just think me and him could potentially date. He does go to a different school but we live in a small town so it's not really a big difference. So I'm wondering do you guys think he might like me back? How can I make him like me back I really want something with this guy! And would I seem desperate if I was the first one to text him all the time? Please help I really like this guy!

It's impossible to tell whether he likes you or not from such a small thing. But if he was texting you back and things then that's a good sign. You should get to know him more and hang out with him a bit and see where it goes. If you like him, be flirty & stuff and hopefully he'll get the message.

It's fine to text him first most of the time. If he always takes a long time to reply or if he always puts really short answers and doesn't ask you anything or whatever then it's likely that you're annoying him by texting him so much, but even that doesn't necessarily mean that he doesn't like you.

Just be friendly and flirty and see if he takes the hint. If he doesn't then you could ask him out properly on a date or whatever, but just try hanging out with him first.

  Ok so I texted him today saying hey:) he said hey:) back and I said what are you doing:) andddddd no text back and that was around 2 and now it's a little after 5. So does this mean I should give up? I mean I really like this guy.should I just text him tomorrow or what? I don't want to seem desperate

  So I think it's tomorrow now? It seems he's not ultra keen, and you're right to be careful about seeming desperate. There is a very fine line between being flirty and interested and being obsessive and desperate.
  
  Do you ever see this guy in person, without having to organise it? Like is he at your school or anything? If so, I suggest you don't text him again yet. Instead, wait until you see him (if it's going to be quite soon, like within a week or something) and when you do, take some time...

  ...to try to chat to him and work out if he's at all interested and then it's really important that you arrange to see him again soon out of school. Say, "it'd be really good to hang out sometime", and if he says yeah and seems to genuinely mean it then say "how about tomorrow night" (or whatever time you want). If he makes an excuse then say OK, someother time and move on to the next option (below).

Go for it thrs no harm in txting or ezpressing year feelings towards someone maybe they like yu as well bt just cudnt find the courage to say it so if yu make a move it wudnt to bad and plus if he rejects it yu would know for sure who is nt interesteed in yu
