Should I ask out a guy I've never talked to?

I'm quite sure he's attracted to me. I've felt him looking at me but he always averts his eyes whenever I look his direction. Sometimes he would stall after class but I would just look down and keep walking. Other days I'd feel his eyes directly staring at me but I'd look down and away because I was so nervous. We've never talked and it's the last day of class. Should I just walk right up to him and give him my number/ask him to this party or is it too weird at this point?

We are both adults, he must be around 24-25.
