I mean when you just get a blan stare or silence, or something like " I dont' line strangers talking to me" when they are in a club or party where you normally are supposed to at least be approachable!

  I think he means either when you go to a girl and talk but there suddenly is a long awkward silence , or you go ask a number or a name and she says: no I'm not giving you that , or I'm not interested

  Rockinpiano has it prety much correct. The sudden silences are more difficult to deal with than a plain rejection at times. At least I thought so in my single days.

blank stares are the worst. I don't know about in a club or something, basically if you ask them something and they should feel forced to respond then theyre just rude and I wouldn't waste anymore time. I get blank stares as a server - its ridiculous.

I get very shy in clues. I stay mostly with my group. If I am done talking, I will just excuse myself.

I also get obilivouse I wouldn't know if a guy wants anything more than just chatting.

I do remember when I study aboard in china, guys would take me outside of the club and try to talk to me or kiss me. But I would just run back to my friends. Not sure if this helps.
