If I just see a guy walking by, I look at his shoulders, then work my way down lol...If I notice him looking at me, his eyes and then I can't seem to tear myself away from his face...at least for a while :)

well 1st thing I notice with an attractive guy is his face, what he's wearing, then how tall he is, then prob how thin/thick he might be.. but I tend to be mesmerized by the face if he's really cute.. hope I helped.
