Say if the guy has told you a number of times he's liked you for a long time (8 mos). You two established a mutual attraction but he gets nervous & shy around you & clams up. Yet he shows his interest by staring or smiling. While at work, in a conversation would it be showing too much interest & pressuring him if I say "don't be a stranger" in a cute friendly way. Would you take it as the girl is "chasing" you or is it a great, low pressure slow way of nudging the guy and giving him permission to pursue. GUYS how would you perceive that phrase?
