Breakfast: sugar free, dairy free protein shake
Lunch: salad with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, onions, cheese, a little salad dressing, and a few croutons
Snacks: fruit salad or hard boiled eggs
Dinner: pasta with another salad

Varies. I generally skip breakfast. It's a rare occasion if I do.
Lunch:blueberry/banana/oat smoothie with some protein or a green smoothie if I'm short on time or just worked out.
If I have more time I might cook a steak, with some veggies and potato wedges. Or pita bread with guacamole and fried egg. Sometimes make a tex mex skillet.
I like batch meals I can eat for a couple days.
Snack: pretty much anything if I do have anything snack. Might be fruits and nuts. Might be a Starbucks frappucino. Might say fuck it and just wait until dinner.
Dinner: a batch meal I made for the next few days. Maybe a steak and veggies. Chicken and rice. Spaghetti. Pot roast. Quesadillas. I generally like to eat carbs at night because they help me sleepy sleep. So I'll make breakfast food sometimes too. Bacon egg and potato burritos. Waffles. Mmm.
