#kitkatalie What is your typical diet like? Mine is:
Breakfast: sugar free, dairy free protein shake
Lunch: salad with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, onions, cheese, a little salad dressing, and a few croutons
Snacks: fruit salad or hard boiled eggs
Dinner: pasta with another salad

Varies. I generally skip breakfast. It's a rare occasion if I do.
Lunch:blueberry/banana/oat smoothie with some protein or a green smoothie if I'm short on time or just worked out.
If I have more time I might cook a steak, with some veggies and potato wedges. Or pita bread with guacamole and fried egg. Sometimes make a tex mex skillet.
I like batch meals I can eat for a couple days.
Snack: pretty much anything if I do have anything snack. Might be fruits and nuts. Might be a Starbucks frappucino. Might say fuck it and just wait until dinner.
Dinner: a batch meal I made for the next few days. Maybe a steak and veggies. Chicken and rice. Spaghetti. Pot roast. Quesadillas. I generally like to eat carbs at night because they help me sleepy sleep. So I'll make breakfast food sometimes too. Bacon egg and potato burritos. Waffles. Mmm.1THIS IS NOT RELEVANT ANYMORE
