On a diet and craving fatty foods; not the good kind.
What are some healthy fatty foods I can add into my diet?
nuts, avocado, fish oil, fish in general, im sure a simple google search will tell you everything
Olive oil is a good fat to cook with.
1or 2 soup spoons per day.
Coconut oil and olive oil. It's very healthy and you'd be reaping the benefits of it if you took a few tbsns of each of these a day.

I read peanut butter a few times. It should be natural peanut butter like Adams.
You can make anything with peanut butter, if you want deserts you can take pure cao cao and make something with it. Can be healthy and delicious
