Ok. I am 18 years old, 178cm tall and weigh 80 kilos. I need to lose some weight (approx-ideal would be around 73-75kg). So I need to eat around 1700 calories a day. But I am bad at making meals. Can you please give me an example of such a plan! Much would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
