For 2 years I have been working out at the gym but I didn't see much progress coming.
That probably was because I was eating the wrong foods for that.
Now I am eating a lot of foods with a lot of proteins in it (including whey protein powder with milk).
As far as I know, you need a lot of proteins to gain muscles doing exercises and work outs.
But can you tell me what other nutrients you need to build it?
