I've been doing it for a while, I feel fine :)
The problem with calling it the paleo diet is that by the paleolithic era
By 40,000-50,000 BP, first humans set foot in Australia. By 45,000 BP, humans lived at 61° north latitude in Europe. By 30,000 BP, Japan was reached, and by 27,000 BP humans were present in Siberia above the Arctic Circle. At the end of the Upper Paleolithic, a group of humans crossed the Bering land bridge and quickly expanded throughout the Americas.
So the a paleo diet would vary greatly by location.
Basically its a made up term not refering to any real part of human history
I think it's cool. Dedication to stick with such a shitty diet
I've heard wonderful things about it, but I don't think I could ever commit to it myself. I just love bread and pasta too much.
I already dont eat ice cream..
