Do you wash your fruits with water and soap?
What Girls Said 11
I just use water. Who on earth would use soap? 😅
No that is weird, I just wash it with water not soap
I soak them in a water and apple cider vinegar solution for a minute or so and rinse them off.
depends on the fruit, though anything with an edible peel gets washed with both water and a tiny bit of soap.
I just clean them with water and then wipe off any debris.
Are you suppose to wash with soap?
I always just rinsed with water
Nope, but I have a feeling I did that once when I was younger; probably around 6.
Why would you wash fruit with soap?

Of course!! Do you know that monkeys pee on bananas? Yeah, and you just touch that, and open it, and monkey pee in your mouth and on your hands!!
I work in the Food Industry!! I WASH ALL PRODUCE, with soap before peeling it!
Why? It has a peel, right? Yeah, but when your knife cuts through the peel, the blade picks up every gods-awful thing on it, and drags it right down, along the cut!! Why do you think that cut fruits get all those little white dots (BACTERIA) within a few days?

Water only. Soap is just.. just... just SO wrong on so many levels
I wash fruits with water only. I don't use soap to wash fruits.
I use water and a bit of hand soap because many insecticides contain some fat (so that the rain doesn't wash them away)
Sometimes I'll eat it straight out of the garden
Both, I'm not eating pesticides
Nah just water.
I out em in a washing machine
