Replacement For Coffee In The Morning?

So, I drink coffee about every morning or so. Because I have two newborns, I don't get the sleep I need very often, so I need something to get me going in the morning.

I have, however, issues with coffee: it sends my kidneys and bowels into overdrive. I consistently have to take two or even three bathroom breaks by 9 ( I start work at 7). Energy drinks are way worse for me in this regard.

What are some good alternatives to coffee that will be easier on my body?
