Weird Recovery Food?

I was wondering if you think my recovery food (Before and After Workout) was weird

I eat tuna chunks seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper and fried with beaten eggs. Usually eating it this with short grain white rice.

  • I shake 2 scoops of protein and 1tea spoon if creatine before; and after another two scoops of protein
