The only type of raw dish I like is Ceviche (thanks to a Peruvian friend that served me that). Other than that, no thanks.

Fatty tuna and salmon are really the kind of fish that should be eaten raw, cooking them usually makes them into dry flaky and tasteless sawdust.
Fish that is ok cooked (preferably grilled) is smaller bony fish like trouts and freshwater stuff where the flakiness helps avoiding the smaller bones and also big fish like swordfish, shark and catfish which tend to be really horrible and gummy when raw. (also toxic)
