Now there is canned food after opening it in the fridge above one week.
Can I still eat it?

depends on temperature in your fridge and on the food... canned food is heated to kill all bakteria, if you take food out with a clean spoon or so it should be no problem, but if you had your fingers in it you should toss it because bacteria can sleep until they start spread at 4°celsius... look at the fluid in the can, clear fluid means all ok, cloudly means bakteria has start spread

It depends what you saved it in. If it was in a plastic or glass container fruit and veggies might still be okay but you should toss everything else.
