I have this formula that i make once in a while and drink.
Lemon + Cucumber + Mint + Ginger = Done!
The amount of each nutrient depends on your personal preference.
The ginger is better to be a very small amount. Less than a teaspoon. So it doesn't make it bitter but instead, give the recipe a very juicy taste. Beside the extra taste it gives, Ginger is good for washing up the blood lipids.
You put them together. Mix them carefully and leave it into the fridge for few hours so that the water earns the fragrance and taste of each nutrient. Then it's ready to be used. And you can enjoy it.
