Are pizzas, hotdogs, and hamburgers an American thing?

The American staple in the months of May through September is a smorgasbord of mashed delicious meat. However all of these foods were brought in by immigrants in the late 19 and early 20 century. Perfected by a century of American ingenuity, these three food items come in all different flavors, sizes, textures, seasonings, toppings. Even though these food items were brought in by immigrants, do those countries that made them, celebrate it as much as Americans do, or is it just an American thing?
