  • everyday you should eat breakfast, very unhealthy not to. it's ok to skip it if you sleep in late and you just sit at home, then you can wait until lunch i suppose (that's what i do on weekends)

    These are my usual and common breakfast list:

    Boiled eggs (Sometimes occasionally scrambled)
    Cakes and biscuits
    Cheese and bread
    Sometimes just fruits

  • When I'm not in a rush I'll have lucky charms cereal for breakfast, or fruit with yogurt and granola.
