3-4 home prepped, healthy meals a day and one clean junk meal like 2 slices of pizza, bacon, eggs, and toast or a big burger. Never eat what I consider bad junk like candy, pastries, chips, juice or sugar sweetened soft drinks. I can maintain a low body fat% doing this. If I start to look soft I switch to clean junk every other day.

Home made, once or twice a month I'll have some convenience food just because it's not always fun to cook when you're famished.
I don't eat dinner every day though, sometimes I will live out the student life and literally just eat a bowl of plain pasta. And sometimes I eat nothing at all. But I try to make an effort when I can. You can eat well for relatively little really, might only be a fraction more expensive, it's just a case of having the willpower to cook.
