Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs on avocado toast
Lunch- Large chicken salad
Post gym snack- 2 protein bars
Dinner- Grilled fish with potatoes and steamed veggies
Snacks- a bar of chocolate, 3 fruits and some pitta bread with hummus :)

Breakfast - 3 eggs and sauteed onions, bowl of cereal, and strangely enough, avocado on toast!
Lunch - Veggie Burrito (take-out and pretty high in sodium, but not too unhealthy)
I LIED! I just had a Milkyway and I feel gross! Oh well, about to go to the gym. Then I'll have a protein shake, and then I'll probably eat a late dinner at 10:00-10:30 pm because of my late work-out.
