What did you guys eat today?

Post your what I ate today food diary here's mine:
Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs on avocado toast
Lunch- Large chicken salad
Post gym snack- 2 protein bars
Dinner- Grilled fish with potatoes and steamed veggies
Snacks- a bar of chocolate, 3 fruits and some pitta bread with hummus :)

  • Breakfast - 3 eggs and sauteed onions, bowl of cereal, and strangely enough, avocado on toast!
    Lunch - Veggie Burrito (take-out and pretty high in sodium, but not too unhealthy)

    That's it!

    I LIED! I just had a Milkyway and I feel gross! Oh well, about to go to the gym. Then I'll have a protein shake, and then I'll probably eat a late dinner at 10:00-10:30 pm because of my late work-out.

    • Thanks! Yeah I know gainers are usually filled with crappy fillers.

    • Gainers are... a complex topic at times.
      Most of them have fast digesting carbs which I personally dont like pre workout due to the insulin spike and in general I think there should be a bigger ratio of carbs:protein than there is in gainers before a workout.

  • Morning - milk, cod liver oil.
    Post workout - milk.
    Night - milk, cod liver oil, 4 slices of toast.

    I dont eat as much anymore, I've lost my appetite and weight (sadly).
