I have noticed fruits just dont don't make me feel full at all. What about you?

No. Bananas can a bit though, more than other fruit anyway. Well, not full, but at least like you've eaten something. To me, fruit is just a thing to eat when you feel like eating, not to actually make you feel like you've had a meal.

An apple, banana, juice, water should do the trick :)
It's like anything... you need to get used to eating it.
