Worse to eat or not eat?

I'm not hungry but it's almost 2am and I haven't eaten since 5pm and before that I hadn't eaten since 7am. Both meals were fairly small. I am rarely hungry in general but lately it's even more uncommon. So, which is worse? Forcing myself to eat something when I am in no way hungry cuz I haven't eaten in a long time? Or just eating when I actually become hungry, however rare that is?

  • I wouldn't eat right now. Just eat a good breakfast in the morning and eat throughout the day.
