  • Always soak your hard boiled eggs in cold water and let them sit.
    That will help you to remove the shell from them more easier.
    What i would do is take all the yellow of the eggs and mix with
    Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip add some mustard make sure that
    yellow of the egg is solid before you fill each egg up that should
    help you out and your eggs shouldn't fall apart.

      of course I have been known to cheat a bit and instead of messing around trimming the base, I throw down a little coarse salt, the grains act as chocks.
