  • Today, about 1460. I usually don't keep track though. I just added that up by memory I may have left a couple foods out. I don't focus on how much, just what I eat.

  • Geez when you don't keep track oh boy. It can go high so fast

    Easily 3000-4000 even 5000
    But when you are aware of how much on average you see how little 2000 calories actually is in a day lol not much at all

      Well sometimes it can be high fructose drinks, fattty foods like pizza and fries, bacon

      That can add a ton of calories cause of the fat content and carbs from fructose

  • I try to stay around 1,000 or under. I eat mostly fruit and veggies. When I'm at school I don't eat all day until I come home. So automatically my calorie intake is lower.
