Rice & beans, corn & beans, or practically any grain with beans. That's a starting point. Add some vegetables, fruits, and eggs and/or cheese. Maybe fish & seafood.
Rice and beans. That's all you need. The great thing about that is that you can dress those things up with spices and stuff.
Irish foods. Seriously, a stew of beef, potatoes, onions, with a glass of milk is all you need.
Brown rice= carb and fibre
meat= protein and fibre
LEntils for vitamins
Rice and beans with tortillas
a chapati with tea
Curry. It has everything.
Air and water
Fortified instant ramen with veggies
Steak and Eggs
Egg and Bread
