What do you think about me being obsessed with this ingredient and not eating anything that I see contains it?

There is an ingredient called 'L-Cysteine'. It's an amino acid obtained from chicken or duck feathers, pig bristles, or human hair (less common than it once was).

It's sometimes in baked goods or breads.

It grosses me out and if I know something is in it I either won't eat it or I'll stop eating it. It's a completely unnecessary ingredient apparently used for "texture"...
