Tips on burning belly fat?

Im pretty skinny, i don't have that much fat but there is a little on my belly that i want to burn. Im 1,60m 45 kg, i can say i barely eat and i dont work out. For me would be easier if i could loose from my belly by diet but this is not working for me. Is it because its difficult to loose fat when you dont have that much or is it because im doing smth wrong , like i need to start a real diet?

  • You weigh 45kg? Dont lose anything! Just gain muscle to tone your body. The fat will be gone but you will be toned

    At this point if you really want to lose it you have to exercise. Stick to cardio and hiit.
