Do you think you drink enough water?

Since some articles say 8 cups a day, some say 2 litres a day and some say to drink when you're thirsty, let's set the "basic amount" meaning "enough water". The number 1,5 litre seems fair to me.
So, after comparing your water intake with this number, how much do you drink?
(Only water and tea count, no milk, coffee or fizzy drinks)

  • the "drink when you're thirsty " means that you don't drink enough. you feel it only when you started to dry out (not the serious case ofc but it means that your body starts to get water from some parts cos it needs it elsewhere)
1 liter is ideal during a day. it depends if you do sport - obviously you need more then. or when you're on a diet.

  • Who experts say that you only need to drink when you are thirsty.

But on the very average a person needs between 1,5-2 liters of fluids a day.
