When you are hungry, go for a mid distance run (or walk) maybe just a mile or two. The exercise slows down the hunger pangs, and you have the added benefit of speeding up calorie burning.

You gotta educate yourself. You don't need to eat that much, your body needs only 2.500 calories a day. If you resist your hunger, sooner or later you won't feel it anymore. Believe me, I did it and it worked.
