  • Low fat diets are actually unhealthy for you, your body needs healthy fats and some vitamins actually can't be absorbed into the body if there isn't enough fat in it.

    Diet is to restrictive anyway, nutrition is what your body requires.

    I function with high protein and moderate healthy carbs and fats.

  • I’m very picky but I try to be healthy. I try not to eat too many bad carbs, I hate eating meat but I do try to eat it often. I stick with vegetable, coconut oil and try to steam my food when I can

  • I don't think that much about food if that includes fat, calories or carbs. I eat whatever I like. But the trick I use is, always hit the gym, never miss a day. And have a jogging every morning. That's it.

  • Mine is high fat because I need the calories. I'm bulking, but I don't like being stuffed 24/7. Fat is much less filling than carbs, and especially protein.

  • I try to keep it balanced. I eat lots of red meats for example, lots of eggs and milk as well.

    But I'll balance it out and keep my daily fat intake at a sensible level
