Low fat diets are actually unhealthy for you, your body needs healthy fats and some vitamins actually can't be absorbed into the body if there isn't enough fat in it.
Diet is to restrictive anyway, nutrition is what your body requires.
I function with high protein and moderate healthy carbs and fats.

I’m very picky but I try to be healthy. I try not to eat too many bad carbs, I hate eating meat but I do try to eat it often. I stick with vegetable, coconut oil and try to steam my food when I can
