What to eat when not wanting to eat?

Sometimes I got days or a couple when not feeling like eating anything at all, everything I could have sounds disgusting. I don't like eating already and even if feeling weak from hunger, still got no appetite or will to eat. So far I haven't thrown up the food I've eaten but got lot's of thoughts and fears of doing it eventually.

What would you suggest I could have when feeling having nothing? Just to survive from the day.

(Also yes, I have an appointment for a psychologist, where I will TRY to bring possible eating disorder up, don't worry.)

  • Apples, grapes, bananas, etc.
    Something small that tastes good and that is ''light'', maybe.
