My favorites are

Lunch salad or sammich
Dinner pizza, lasagna, tacos

    Breakfast (~650cals):
    100 - 150g Banana
    1/2 cup oatmeal + 2 Tbsp Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter mixed together (tastes like a dessert and it will never get old)
    2 hardboiled eggs with cajun seasoning
    1 hot cup of black coffee
    1 can of Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper (to wash down my supplements)

    Supplements:
    Multivitamin (Optimen)
    Fish Oil
    CLR
    Beta Alanine
    L-Carnitine
    Baby Aspirin
    Testosterone booster

    Lunch (~400cals):
    TV Dinner (usually lean cuisine)
    Greek Yogurt cup
    Packet of albacore tuna

    Dinner (~550cals):
    8 - 10oz Chicken breasts or thighs
    8 - 10oz Yukon gold potatoes (baked)
    1 whole steam-in-bag frozen vegetables bag (usually California blend, 4 servings)

    Snacks (~200cals)
    Fiber One / Pure Protein / ZonePerfect bar
    Beef jerky OR
    Almonds OR
    Low-fat mozzarella string cheese OR
    Rice cakes OR
    Popcorn

    I eat this every single day at around 2000cals. Lost 60 lbs so far. 100 or so lbs to go. (Sounds boring, but I don't get tired of it and it works for me)

    Lunch: Baby greens salad with dried cherries, almonds, blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
    Dinner: Mexican Sweet potato boats

  • Breakfast Waffles/Pancakes/French toast doesn't matter. Overall scramble eggs, bacon, grits

    Lunch would be a salad or anything light to hold me over so a bowl of mixed fruit with yogurt & granola

  • Well, your examples look pretty routine... almost like your typical verses your favorite. My favorites would be bad, a day that I am cheating and just throwing caution to the wind. I'll hit the gym all week afterwards but today/tonight I'm living it up.

    Tuna fish or turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread a piece of fruit and water
    Dinner
    Salad, baked/grilled chicken.
