I do not know as I do not have any personal health care thing in me I just simply eat every thing with only 3 conditions
1. It should be clean
2. Fresh and natural ( not frozen )
3. I have to eat on the proper time to keep my metabolism running and keep me charged up for my daily routine.
And these are few meals I will love to have daily,
Breakfast: 2 half fried eggs, some meat with butter, 2 to 3 bred slices, fresh juice and very little sweet.
Lunch is just simple with scissor salad or fruit salad.
Dinner always depend upon with whom am I and where am I.

All of them - anything with chicken breasts, vegetables of any kind, quinoa, rice... anything. Love it all.
Not a huge fan of really sweet fruits, though...
