Personally I eat ramen one to two times a week but I don't really what is the ideal amount to eat in a week :/ I don't think one time or two is going to kill you.

Look at the label. It probably says sodium is 33% drv. How much salt in a meal is too much depends on your overall intake over the entire day. According to the label, if you did not get salt from anywhere else you could have cheap noodles 3x per day.
So start reading labels on the stuff you eat.
Those noodles are better if you add veggies or veggie mix by the way.
