I’m on a strict diet for a couple weeks.
Fruit/smoothies for breakfast
Some peas for lunch
Some beans for dinner
My pre diet menu (before diet)—-
I ate under 800 calories.
Fruit for breakfast
Snacks like hummus, rice cakes, vegan cheese on sesame crackers, and avocado with tomato.
Lunches like-veggie burgers with sweet potato fries, spaghetti, soup, etc.
Dinners like squash, roasted potatoes with vegetables, veggie sausage and pancakes, etc.
Never over 800..
