If you are going for something vegan or vegetarian, have some chickpeas/garbanzos with white rice, broccoli and avocados. Its pretty fucking good, I add some cayenne pepper for flavoring and its good to go.
If you are going for some fish and low carbs, have some salmon (not fried) with cauliflower, avocado, cooked peppers and those small cucumber slices. I add some lime juice for flavoring.
Those are some of my current favs.
