    • Gyro and Soulvaki yeah I know them. My favorite Greek food is Tsatziki.

    • Not that much of a tzatziki fan but love feta and Cypriot Haloumi. I'm also half English and absolutely love Fish and Chips ! <3

Okonomiyaki, it is a bit like Japanese version of pizza but fried on grill, you can compose it how you want and cook ot yourself on the moment, it is really an experience, hard to find near Tokyo (seriously, sad), but near kyoto and osaka it is very common, I recommend this one like in the picture, it is the classical, there are veggies and tomato and mayo sauces and the flaky flakes are of dried fish

  • Beef and vegetable cream sauce with dumplings and cranberries (I´m not a fan, but most people go crazy for it). It´s called svíčková omáčka in my language, often translated as "Candle sauce", which I find very funny because "svíčková" is also the most expensive beef cut in here... tenderloin

Roasted goose with potato dumplings and sour red cabbage. Mostly done on St. Martin´s Day...

There are more - tomato sauce, creamy dill sauce with beef... goulash... (mostly sauces with dumplings) - The white ones are basically steamed bread dough... the yellow ones are a mixture of potatoes, flour, eggs, which is then steamed. There are many more kinds of dumplings though.

For Christmas it is a carp schitzel and potato salad (potatoes, pickles, onions, canned carrot and peas, hard-boiled eggs and a bit of mayonnaise)

There are other very typical dishes :-) Soups, spreads, Christmas tea biscuits
